Full Job Description

Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with finance backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.

Chase and Holland are currently recruiting for Accounts Assistants in the Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire regions. We currently have a number of temporary, permanent and contract vacancies available. If you have experience in one or more of the following areas and are either looking for a career change or progression, Chase and Holland would love to hear from you:

Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
Credit Control
Payroll

The perfect candidate will be reliable, hardworking and will have a high attention to detail. He/she must be computer literate with experience in using the Microsoft Package and preferably have had exposure to a computerised accounts package. He/she will have an excellent telephone manner as some of the roles on offer require you to spend a proportion of your time on the phone.

Salaries and benefits vary depending on the size and nature of the company and the experience of the candidate. Study packages may also be an option if you are looking to further your career by studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification.
