Full Job Description

Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for qualified candidates (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or CIPD) across a number of sectors.

As one of North Derbyshire's most dynamic firms our client is looking to recruit at the Assistant Manager/Manager level candidate who is looking to grow and develop into a senior part of the practice team.

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and be expected to develop and manage the growth of your portfolio with the assistance of junior members of the finance team. In terms of the structure of our client is set up more as a consultancy rather than a tradition firm of accountants but does taken areas that include a HR Consultancy, Financial Advisor, Tax Department, Audit and Business review.

At this stage of your career you will probably be newly qualified or nearly qualified ACCA/ACA and be looking to move into a practice that will allow you to develop your responsibilities and progress your career in a forward thinking business.
